Sunday 9:00am - Discipleship: Learn more about the Christian Faith, Bible Study, God, and how to live the Christian Life. 9:00am - Junior Bible Quiz: Kids learn and memorize Bible facts, doctrine, and verses directly from the Bible. 9:00am - Membership Class: Looking to plan a role at Commission Church as we fullfill our mission? Attend our Membership Class to become a member of our church. 10:15am - Sunday Worship: Worship through Praise, Preaching, and Prayer. Monday West Family Life Group: Learn more here. Tuesday 7pm Singles Young Adults Life Group - Click here to learn more. 7pm Married Young Adults Life Group - Click here to learn more. Wednesday First Priority Raytown High School - 1pm. Today, just be our guest.Give Now Here Missions Highlight: Update from Colombia This week did not go as planned, but así es la vida a veces. Ministry and cross cultural living requires a lot of adaptability! Last week I flew to the coast to learn and help teach kids in school on sexual abuse awareness with my dear friend Rachel, who serves with ProtectMe Project. But due to paramilitary activity schools closed for a few days. So we did some virtual teachings with parents, time was spent with ministry friends in the house and many schools were interested in having more presentations done at their schools in the future. Overall it was a win! But in a way none of us expected...sometimes things don't go how we plan or end how we think so it can be easy to overlook what God is doing. May we always ask, Lord show me where you're at in this moment and situation. Help me see what you see.
