Asphalt is being laid for our church's driveway on the Monday of departure, so we are meeting at Unity Village to depart. Sorry for the complication. Please use the bathroom prior to leaving your house, so we don't have to stop at a gas station prior to our lunch stop in Sedalia

Time: 9:00am sharp

Waiver: All parents and guardians must sign a release waiver prior to departure.
  • Make sure to check the packing list and pack one bag!
  • Make sure to review Medicine if you need to bring meds to camp!
  • We will eat lunch in Sedalia, MO.
Please meet us at the Unity Village parking lot across from the hotel by the electric vehicle chargers.

  • $275 per student.

MEDICINE
  • ALL personal medications (including vitamins, herbs, essential oils, enzymes, and other supplements), either prescription or over-the-counter, MUST come in the original packaging and/or include a doctor’s note with dosage information (if needed).
  • All medications must be brought to the first aid station at check-in for administration to the participant.
  • NO pill organizers or planners are allowed.
  • Please place medications in a clear Ziplock bag with all medicines in their original containers.
  • Give all medications to Ps. Abram, before departure from Commission Church.

  • Phones will be left at home or at the church.
  • Prior to departure, all students will turn over all electronic equipment, including phones, tablets, smart watches, and other electronic devices.


Liability waivers must be signed prior to departure.

CAMP DRESS CODE

This is set by the campground.

  • Clothing must be modest and appropriate.
  • The chest and stomach must be covered.
  • Shorts, dresses, and skirts must be at least a 4-inch inseam or equivalent.
  • Modest swimwear is required.
  • Clothing should be suitable for physical activity.

  • Campers must follow the dress code at all times.
  • Attendance at all camp activities is required unless permission is granted otherwise.
  • Campers may not leave campgrounds without permission.
  • Tobacco, drugs, and alcohol are forbidden.
  • Cell phones, firearms, knives, fireworks, and communication devices are not allowed.
  • Camp reserves the right to inspect personal belongings.
  • Campers may not enter dorms other than their assigned dorm.
  • Certain camp areas are off limits unless involved in approved activities.
  • Expressions of affection are limited to holding hands.
  • Campers are expected to help with assigned duties.
  • Rooms and surrounding grounds must be kept clean daily.

Youth Royals game
⚾ Take Me Out to the Ball Game! Commission Youth is headed to The K! On Wednesday, September 23, instead of our regular Wednesday night youth service, we’re going to watch the Kansas City Royals take on the Chicago White Sox! 🎟️ Tickets We have 12 free tickets available for Commission Youth students. Tickets will be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up as soon as possible if you want to join us![CLAIM YOUR TICKET] Once all 12 tickets have been claimed, students are still welcome to attend by purchasing their own ticket. However, we cannot guarantee that additional tickets will be located near our group. 🚗 Getting to The K We will carpool together from Commission Church. Meet at: Commission Church Departure: 6:00 PM SHARP Please arrive early enough to get checked in and ready to leave. Our vehicles will leave promptly at 6:00 PM. 🍔 Food Please eat dinner before you arrive or bring money to purchase food and drinks at the stadium. Food is not included with your ticket. 🚙 Returning Home We will return to Commission Church after the game. Because the exact end time of a baseball game can vary, parents will receive an update when we are leaving Kauffman Stadium with our estimated arrival time back at the church. ⚾ See you at the game! Join us for a fall Commission Youth Bonfire on Wednesday, October 14th. We'll spend the evening gathered around the bonfire with friends, great conversations, and our regular Commission Youth service. Whether you've been coming to youth for years or this is your first Wednesday, this is a great night to invite a friend and experience what Commission Youth is all about. We'll provide the hot dogs and s'mores. You just bring yourself, a friend, and a hoodie! He has witnessed moments of revival within youth ministry and on the campus, but is believing for the fullness of it across North Texas. He is a campus missionary to sports teams, lunch rooms, and has helped plant Bible clubs in one of the largest high schools in America. Through his ministry, Jackson has seen unchurched students saved, baptized, and healed! Our schools are the spiritual battleground of the nation, “If we lose there, we lose everywhere else.” His desire is to train, develop, and send out youth pastors who’s hearts would be broken for the campus, so revival would invade schools in every community through the church! Moving into middle school is a BIG milestone, and we are excited to welcome your student to Commission Youth. If your student recently completed 5th grade, they have officially graduated from Commission Kids and are now part of our youth ministry for students in 6th–12th grade. At Commission Youth, our goal is simple: to help students encounter God, build meaningful friendships, and grow into mobilized followers of Jesus who impact their world. What Is Commission Youth? Commission Youth meets every Wednesday from 6:30–8:00 PM at Commission Church. A typical Wednesday includes: Games and community Biblical teaching Small group discussion Opportunities to build friendships and grow in faith Whether your student has grown up in church or is just beginning their journey with Jesus, we want them to know they belong here.
